Most shops are live within 5–7 days of signing. We need: your POS API key, the dedicated WhatsApp number paired to our system, and one onboarding call to lock the tone, hours, delivery zones and any special rules. Bot trains on your menu, you go live.
/ 02Which POS systems do you support?+
Loyverse is plug-and-play. Square, Vend, Lightspeed, Toast and most modern POS with a public API are supported on request. If your POS is unusual, we can usually build a connector inside a week as part of onboarding.
/ 03No website. Still works?+
Yeah. POS-only mode: pulls product list from POS, takes the order in WhatsApp, pushes it back to the POS as a new ticket, and pings your staff WhatsApp / LINE group with full details. Customers get an order recap in chat. Zero website dev required.

Strict guardrails by default: bot only talks cannabis, your menu and your shop. Hard age verification on every order. Never invents prices or stock — every figure comes from your POS. Off-script (complaints, refunds, weird stuff) auto-pauses the bot and hands the thread to your team.
